Our first Sustainability Report transparently illustrates the path we have taken to integrate sustainability into both our corporate strategy and the daily life of our business.
Prepared in accordance with the GRI 2021 Standards, the Report demonstrates how sustainability has become for us a true driver of growth, not just a stated commitment. From the efficient management of energy consumption to the use of certified raw materials, from reducing production waste to ensuring the well-being of the people who work with us, every choice is guided by the goal of creating long-lasting, shared value.
The document is the result of a collective effort that involved our people, partners, and external stakeholders, enabling us to identify 17 material topics on which to build our ESG roadmap. From this foundation stem 54 concrete initiatives, including the installation of a photovoltaic system, the strengthening of welfare and training programs, the improvement of filtration systems, and increasingly comprehensive material traceability.
The Sustainability Report is not a final destination, but the beginning of a structured journey that commits us to measuring, improving, and transparently communicating both the results achieved and the challenges that lie ahead.
